Don’t Stay Awake Over the Nurse Shortage. We’ve Got It Handled!

Healthcare facilities across the country are struggling to fill nursing positions. The demand for 1.09 million replacement nurses, combined with a decrease in nursing graduates, is exacerbating the shortage. By 2030, the situation is expected to worsen, with nearly one million nurses set to retire and exit the workforce.

We recognize the frustration of recruiting and retaining nurses amid America’s most severe nursing shortage. MedlinkHealth aims to address this challenge by enhancing your staffing strategy with the addition of international nurses.
