  • Our main need remains to be those Registered Nurses who are currently working, (bedside experience minimum 2 years)
  • NCLEX or English exams are not needed to join MedlinkHealthRN. We will advise on English requirements. We do consider IELTS, TOEFL, OET, PTE, etc.
  • Be a graduate of a registered nurse training program from an accredited school of nursing that covered medical, surgical, obstetrics, pediatrics and psychiatry – both clinical and theory. A BSN is preferred but not required.
  • Meet the requirements as laid down by U.S. immigration for permanent residency applicants.
  • Meet English proficiency in accordance with Section 343 of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigration Responsibility Act of 1996 (VisaScreen).

Yes, you must be consistently working as a registered nurse to qualify for our program. See our How to Qualify page.

If you have a gap in your clinical experience, you can still apply. We will evaluate your experience through the initial screening process.
No, you do not need to take the CGFNS certificate exam before applying to our program.
Yes, all registered nurses practicing in the U.S. are required to take the NCLEX-RN. This exam assesses a nurse’s knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for safe nursing practice. U.S. nursing boards use the results of the NCLEX-RN to make licensure decisions.
No, you do not need to pass the NCLEX-RN before applying with MedlinkHealthRN. We provide an in-depth review program for the NCLEX-RN that focuses on the unique learning needs of the foreign-trained nurse
If you have already passed the NCLEX-RN, we will need to verify your test scores. Once verified, we will initiate the immigrant visa filing process.
